In January 2004 the Authority relocated from its previous location at the termination of its current lease.
This was done in conjunction with the relocation of the Queensland State Office of the Department of Veterans'
Affairs and the Veterans' Review Board.
The Repatriation Medical Authority has maintained its independence from the Department of Veterans' Affairs by
being located as a separate tenancy on a separate floor to the Queensland State Office.
Fitout costs associated with the Repatriation Medical Authority relocation were met from incentives from the developer.
Removal and relocation costs were undertaken in conjunction with the Queensland State Office of Veterans' Affairs
and the Veterans Review Board, which minimised cost to the Commonwealth.
